Before use
Check the power supply voltage (ensure it matches the equipment specifications), inspect the grounding wire for proper connection (to prevent electrical leakage), examine the high-pressure hose, spray gun, and connectors for any damage or loose connections, select the appropriate nozzle and install it securely, ensure the paint is thoroughly mixed and filtered (to prevent nozzle blockage), verify the paint viscosity is appropriate (if too thick, dilute according to product specifications), and perform a test spray on scrap cardboard or an open area to adjust the pressure.
in use
When spraying, always keep the nozzle perpendicular to the surface and move it evenly. Do not point the nozzle at people or body parts (high-pressure spray can pierce the skin). The spray gun must have a safety lock device. Lock the trigger when not in use. Keep the nozzle clean. If it becomes blocked, shut down the machine, release the pressure, and then clean it.Do not disassemble the machine's pressurised components without authorisation.
Before use
After spraying is complete, the pressure must be released (turn off the power supply and open the pressure relief valve). Immediately rinse the piping, spray gun, and pump body with a cleaning solution (clean water or diluent) to remove any residual paint, preventing the pump body from clogging due to paint buildup. Regularly inspect the seals and filters, and replace them promptly as needed.
